A Man About Town debuts in Magic Bullet Comics Newspaper Issue #3 at Small Press Expo 2011 |
Saturday, September 10, 2011 |
Magic Bullet Comics Newspaper Issue #3 by the DC Conspiracy is now available free of charge. It is being distributed at Small Press Expo on September 10 and 11 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.
Our comic, a one-page short entitled A Man About Town is a cartoonish, humorous, offbeat “horror” story following a fateful night in the life of a serial murderer. A Man About Town was inspired by the 1923 silent comedy starring Stan Laurel with a literary tip of the hat to horror giants Edgar Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft. |
